Shipping & Returns

Online shop orders are typically processed in between 2-3 business days. Occasionally, we need to print something out before we send it your way. Please contact us if you have any questions.

All of our domestic orders ship USPS and come with tracking numbers. You’ll receive a shipment notification with the tracking info. Check your spam filter if you don’t see anything in your inbox!

Yes! If you begin the checkout process and find that your shipping address is not eligible, simply contact us. There may be customs/duties fees that are your responsibility.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are located in Ohio, and will collect sales tax on all items shipped or sold within the state.  Sales tax is not collected on shipping expenses.

Our shipping rates vary based on product but we do our best to keep them very reasonable. Plus, domestic orders over $75 ship for FREE!

Please be sure to include your CORRECT shipping address during checkout.  

We will accept unused products returned within 15 business days. In order to initiate a return, please contact us for information. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your product arrived damaged or not as described, please contact us and we’ll coordinate a replacement.
